New Meaning of Wall Art

Robyn is a bit ashamed that I have included her in so many of my blogs thus far, and thinks people will think she's super retarded, but really she's what keeps me laughing a lot of the time. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to wake up to really cool awards decorated with stickers that she has found digging through all my teacher boxes or a kitchen full of clean pots, but I'm even luckier when she comes home from a LONG dinner (a polite way of saying she's been at the bar) and wakes me up because she wants to see my pretty face. Or really, she wants me to come downstairs and talk to her. So last night, I had finally crawled in bed many hours after I had hoped to be in bed when I was summoned outside to sit and talk to her. I gave in, crawled out of bed only to learn that Jessica called and said she was coming over too! A friend dropped a very very very inebriated Jess off and we sat and talked, while she munched on what she claims was her 4th McD's cheeseburger of the day. Sometimes people who are THAT wasted are really annoying, but not her. She made my heart smile & giggle just watching her. I eventually headed up to bed and once again, left those two for themselves. This morning, when I went into Robyn's bathroom to borrow her straightener (even my CHI can only withstand so much abuse in trying to tame Medusa,) I noticed that they had another burst of creative energy as they designed a lovely mural on the wall. Anyone who has seen pictures or who has been in my house knows there is a lovely variety of wallpaper in the bathrooms that will soon be replaced with texture and paint. Occasionally, there are random late-night tear-downs or better yet, now there are drawings. I seriously about lost my shit when I saw their interpretation of themselves and couldn't help but to get a picture.

What is even better that this morning when I saw Jessica had woken up, she informed me that she had to be at work at 8:30 but didn't have a car, change of clothes or anything. I asked what she was going to do, and she said she was calling a cab, and just going to work in whatever she could find. HAHAHAHA - I couldn't ever survive like that, but because she can and just laugh about it, I love her so much. Thanks for another wonderful and humorous morning girls. See you tonight!
