Flamboyant!

As if my father needs any more ridiculous, obnoxious LSU gear to sport during Tiger games... like wearing his royal purple backless LSU slippers to the bar and to actual games isn't enough.
Think you're not seeing clearly? Here is a closer look of his fine accessory displayed ever-so-nicely on his infamous glasses holder. He special ordered these official Tiger-print bad boys, and even wears them out of town, in meetings and on airplanes. He may have been mistaken for a Rump Rangers a time or two. Daddy, Elton John called...he wants his glasses back!

But speaking of spirit, I may be guilty of being a little over the top too. I love my little patio and it has been looking really good lately, all except the fact that my two B.C. air condition units that take away from any aesthetic appeal. A few weeks ago, I hunted down these 3 planter stands from FIVE different Pier 1 stores. They were a clearance item, so if I called a store that happened to have them, they couldn't place it on hold for me. It was a rat race getting to each store before they sold my planter. I was so excited because they were originally $99 each, but I got all three of them for $75 total. And of course, what else would I fill them with other than purple, gold and white mums? Looks tons better, huh?
