Krewe of Barkus
Molly and I took Boudreaux to his first Parade of Barkus. Each parade during Mardi Gras has their own crew and one of the biggest and most popular parades is the Bacchus Parade. To throw a fun spin on it for the whole family, the Parade of Barkus is for doggies to attend. Some people made floats for their pups, others just walked them down the street. The theme this year was something to do with Batman, so there were plenty of super heroes to be seen, amonst many other adorable costumes. Boudreaux got dressed up for the event.

First Jacques-imo's and now Barkus! You are really making us jealous!! We need to make sure Trisha and Jim have been to Jacques-imos.
Someone else used plates as wheels!!!
I am no dog fanatic, but that was pretty cute. Some of the dogs look so humilated. I really liked the flava flav dog!
